Our team act as Environmental Coordinators and Environmental Clerk of Works on major schemes, undertake environmental watching briefs, give tool-box talks and act as the Environmental Manager for various appointments.

We produce specialist assessment reports, either as stand-alone documents or as sections of Environmental Statements produced by others. They include investigations and remediation proposals in many of our environmental disciplines.

Development of project Environmental Action Plans and Environmental Management Plans from published Environmental Statements is a service increasingly required from RML. A published Environmental Impact Statement commits the developer of a project to providing the proposed mitigation and compensation measures. To ensure that all these measures are implemented both developers and planning authorities have recognised the benefit of an Action Plan, produced by experts, which clearly indicates the nature, extent and expected performance of the measures. The Action Plan also identifies the need for continuing monitoring of measures.
