Our ecologists are able identify implications for projects and developments.

RML offers protected species and habitat surveys, and have obtained licences for specific projects and developments which would directly or indirectly affect protected species.

Our specialists work with:

• Pearl mussels

It is essential that protected species are identified at the feasibility stage so that potential constraints are identified and can be removed to allow a project or development to proceed.

Our ecological team can provide solutions to developments during the planning, construction and monitoring stages. RML have acted as an Ecological Clerk of Works for a range of schemes.
